Winter Regular
February 24 through April 7—$1000 per night

Rental Terms and Conditions

  • Rental rate does NOT include State and Local sales and excise taxes.
  • Cleaning fee of $250 will be added to stays of 4 nights or less. 
  • Rental rate includes cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or more.
  • Rental amount plus taxes and fees must be paid IN FULL before reservation will be confirmed.
  • Rental Agreement must be executed and returned before reservation will be confirmed.
  • No refunds for weather or travel delays.
  • Security deposit will be held pending inspection of unit after departure.
  • No Pets.  Violations will be fined $1000.
  • No Smoking.  Violations will be fined $1000.
